Like the DRS, the complainant has a choice of remedies.

I understand. But what if the same domain name is registered by someone else in the future, doesn't it mean that Coca Cola must follow to make a complaint everytime. I dont know why their lawyers did not suggest to transfer the domain name. Just my opinion.

Agree Nikki but all DRS's are complicated for any lawyer....if you think that the Patent Office get it wrong when recommending TM's for certification then anything can happen!
