Thoughts on this?
I think a directory site or news site would be great. It's probably work 4-7K of the top of my head, maybe more to the right person. Ask someone official, or shop or office owners, letting agencies/estate agents, and go from there...
If you'd like to install a directory, free ads, or news site, I can install one for you (starter site), for a reasonable fee.
Not if its built attractively, & running smoothly. It's worth something and relevant for niches such as Tradesmen, Properties, Small Businesses. AdSense. And news updates. One way or another. Things won't always be like they are today. And if they had my town I'd buy it. Though not for that price. As i stated the right person would buy it pwrhaps. You've got to be joking?
It's a .info
It's worth £0.

This is Acorn not NamePros.
Why the drama?!
I think that you misunderstood. I was saying that a developed website, or web development project on such a name could be worth something, maybe. And it could also generate some revenue if it had listings or advertising on it. I was just thinking aloud. And I build websites on occasion. That's where my head was at. Also, I'm not a flipper. There are many different types of domainers out there. There is NO NEED to be rude or argumentative. Even if someone is wrong, or mistaken (or not). To the right end user, the potential price is different to traders and flippers. It hurts the industry as a whole, when people tell people with worthless domains, that they're worth £4k.
