after I've given you the £3.5K then I'd have very little left to fight the might of Nintendo in the courts after they ask for all their copyrighted names back!!!

it would make sense that anyone who would be willing to shell out 3 and a half grand might have a slightly wiser head on their shoulders!!!

Hi Paulo1Chop,

Iv'e never had any issues regarding Trademarks, not sure if it makes a difference but all the above names were registered pre trademark, there are lots of Wii Websites in service that have never had any issues with trademark.
I am not selling because of trademark worries I just cant see me ever getting to develope these names and I figure there is value in the regular traffic and I need the cash right now.
