Hi every saw Noodle.co.uk but it doesn't seem to be suspended.

Do you think it will drop, even if you caught it will you get sue by the company?

Although the company was Dissolved on 3 June 2006, it's renewal date was 10 days earlier that that. Given that someone (the Receiver) actually went to the trouble of renewing it back then, it's possible Nominet are holding out to see if anyone surfaces to claim a transfer of a business asset.

They'd have to prove it though, making false claims against business assets can be a very serious matter!

Hmmm.... posing as a unpaid Creditor.... that's a idea...... Joking

You could also contact the reciever and offer to buy the asset ?

That would then pay some of the creditors (if any) ?

I have been to auctions run my recievers before for physical items but I don't see the difference ? The reciever needs money to pay off debts, you have money and they have an asset ?

I had looked up on the subject, and found that when the company is dissolved. the domain names cannot be transfered and will be dropped, see nominet article :

Yes my bad, sorry. But in defense it was only a small part of it (domain and renewal status).
