With regards a site, i'd think a simple, step by step guide to tying a windsor knot, possibly including a video from you tube if there is one. Combine that with an affiliates site for ties, using someone like TM Lewin, and you might have something.

Could make an ok branded ties site, as a domain on its own not worth much.

Get some links in from a mens shirt site, I think someones got one on here.
