I think first time mums do turn to the internet a lot when they become pregnant, so there is some revenue potential. However, I don't think you're name is the strongest available, it sounds a bit old fashioned, maybe a little patronising, "you are with child my dear" lol. Therefore, I don't see great brandability in this name.

Just my opinion.
