I have borrowed Systreg's sniping rules (why re-invent the wheel!), hope you don't mind Systreg!
Usual 10 minute sniping rules apply.
1. Any offers in the last 10 minutes extends the end time until 9:10pm. If no offers in the last 10 minutes, auction ends at 9:00pm.
2. Any offers made in the 9:00pm - 9:10pm period extends as normal for 10 minutes, ending when there have been no bids for a 10 minute period.
Note:
Payment to be made via BACS please if possible. Paypal OK, but buyer to pay applicable Paypal fees if required.
Buyer also pays Nominet transfer fee on domain name.
I will transfer the site for free to buyer's server, if required.
