the irony is Israel is armed to the teeth and with nuclear weapons, illegally I might add, yet zero is done about that

prob their only hope of it not happening is to have their own deterrent

Also, they don't want Ahmadinejad mouthing off about 911 - it's ok some domainer from the north of England saying it's an inside job, but they get really embarassed when another leader does it.

I suppose it has nothing to do with the fact that exxon wants to build a pipeline through Iran (to get larger quantities of the oil out of Afganistan), yet the Iranians don't want them to - leaving the only other option to build an absolutely huge pipeline that would have to go through china or Pakistan.
