A post of mine the other night got me thinking about a new site idea, which I have just launched... Only on a WP site right now, but hope to add some forums soon.

With my fair share of bad experiences from companies, I wanted to create something where people could be forewarned about bad companies and their practices, and also learn of tips and techniques of how to protect themselves or go about getting recompensed for their experiences.

Any ideas, input, or even offers of help appreciated!

Is there any chance of getting sued if say company A's competitors post a nasty & unjustified review about them?

Would I be able to keep post as anonymous there? I fear if say against a company, it can do the same for me by spreading a malicious rumor.

My tip is dont user WP.

You are only ever going to achieve a decent site using Joomla.
