Would you register .Wales and .Cymru domain names ?

I would have thought it would be hard to make a trademark stick on such a generic but guess not

I got trademark warning on mine too, but my intended use wont infringe the classes registered. I looked at bingo.wales and the classes / markets listed did seem to cover bingo site or affiliate so left it.
I wouldn't have thought it could stick in the uk though,

regarding trademarks. I spoke to .wales to get a copy of the one I agreed not to infringe on.. was told they do not hold this data. Is this a mechanism registrars need to use to be able to serve .wales? She suggested going to "trademark clearing house"
As I agreed to it I thought I would be sent a copy of the agreement.
Anyone know the best place to get a copy of this Moroccan trademark.

btw looks like HEG is still regging. Unique has just been picked up..

Who told you there was a trademark issue, was it the registrar's systems? Which domain was it?

1and1 are still stating that domains on the premium list "cannot be awarded for legal reasons".

If there's an entry in the TMCH the registrar is obliged to inform you and you are required to acknowledge you have been informed.

1&1 obviously not interested in the premiums today.
