Indeed I'd suspect that a significant number of the searches are people trying to reach Google Translate.

It does have some value to an individual selling professional translation services, as it is a "says on the tin" type name.

Unfortunately, looking at "tins" from the same shelf doesn't look good.

The domain english2spanish.co.uk is full of greeking.
englishtofrench.co.uk isn't in use, and might not get renewed.
I get a malware warning for ~german.

It depends how much effort (and expense) you want to put into finding a professional translator in need of a snappy domain, but I think the buyer would need it to pay for itself by say their second professional english to spanish translation.
