Recently a friend from Montenegro and myself successfully registered the following for 2yrs:

www.www.net.me (third level .net.me)
www.www.co.me

and he had www.www.its.me already

since they were not in use and would work like http://www.co.me without the first www. which they did quite nicely, we parked them at sedo just to see how many type-ins etc they would get before developing them, likely becoming a partner site of menet (http://www.menet.me/reseller.php?action=partnersite) where the third level .me's can be bought.

Obviously our domains weren't the actual www.net.me etc because the whois has there as 'registry reserved' but since .me is launched and they haven't bothered to use them we figured we should make use of the workaround and they were allowing it.

Shortly after, the domains are suspended from accounts and the remaining ones like www.org.me no longer return available in whois search at menet.me

Menet told us the main registrar doMen say we seem to have breached their policies by using www in the name but having read their .pdf's from :: .ME Domain :: we can't see what they are on about. At this point we're still waiting to here from doMen to reply, as they are taking a lot longer to get back to us than they did to suspend us.

Anyone know if we have any rights to our domains or what to do about this?
