A company chooses the same "name" in 1999

The company gets a "trademark" on the name in Australia in 2001,

no where else!

Now come 2005 the company wants the dotcom name

The domain is parked on Sedo, this is "bad faith"?

The registrant regged with a "false" phone #, this is "bad faith"?

Guess who gets the domain?
