loaded.net registered back in Apr97 was my first domain.
My first co.uk was ria.co.uk (name of an ex-gf) which I subsequently sold for £1.5k back in 2000

Not sure if it was my first but one of my earliest .co.uk domains was pricegrabber, which I sold to them for a very nice profit.
