Don't like it and cannot see any value, is it not similar to registering zouses.co.uk and use it for a website about houses ? Or is there something I am missing?

It is pronounceable and very brandable, you can make a good use out of it.

I think using a Z as a replacement would only work with a word beginning with S
Has the potential to be cheesy on most words but thought it just about worked here.

There is also a suit called a Zoot Suit dating back to the Jazz era which gives it a possible trendy feel. Feel its brandable at least and ive heard worse.

I do use the name for selling suits and tailoring on a popular internet auction site and had thoughts of making it into an affiliate website but have never got round to it.
