    _co_uk deleteaccount

Not very developed, used as a way to develop html/javascript skills (hence the 05 look), PR 0, though gets about 50-70 Unique Visitors a month, increasing monthly, on long tail keywords like 'how to delete Hotmail for( good|ever)', with development could aim for the 60,000 or so exact searches...

Reputable PHP scripter based in UK

Hello, I've created a website with php which requires some chat functionaility using data that can be found via php SESSION variables, and from a MYSQL tableset. I have made a basic chat but can't make a successful chat system which pings the database etc, as I don't have experience with this...

TLD's & Their Price Vs Each Other

From my and found experience org.uk's are hard sells, near impossible to companies or large professionals. They also assume rarities in normal search results. However, they do seem to sell a lot more now then the used to - not that I think this will amount to anything, especially with the new...

    Accepting online virtual currency

Hey, I'm in the process of setting up a online browser game which runs on the basis of having a premium currency & membership option to earn from. Although in early days, I like to consider things early and would like to know if anyone else accepts virtual currency/or other 'virtual' items on...

    Please review: deleteaccount.co.uk

Term's like 'Delete facebook account', which for example had 15,000 local exacts last month, and variations like 'How to delete facebook account', which had around 3,000 local exacts last month. But then, with this term, it's not even the main search phrases (with virt. no local compeition...

    Please review: deleteaccount.co.uk

I went with the idea because I feel it has, although fairly un targeted, a large potential customer base. A lot of searchs are done for 'delete account', and often, only the first 10 or so results are related, and usually 5 of them are grouped like ' delete social networking accounts ' or...

    Please review: deleteaccount.co.uk

Hey, thanks for taking the time to reply. Likes don't delete on account deletion. Not straight away, anyway. The user goes through 2 weeks of 'deactivation' time... but in a way, the fact is that many friends will be on-line when the like is sent and will instantly see it pop up. The...

    Please review: deleteaccount.co.uk

Hey guys, I've created a new website on a virtually reg-fee buy. think the names got potential, do you think the site suits it? It's at http://www.deleteaccount.co.uk I think it looks like the kind of interface/website a usual (primarily social) account holder would be used to & like...

Local Coupon site review / testing / T&C please

I've split the review into two sections: Good & Bad bit's that I can see: Good bits: Design looks fantastic. Good use of colour's and white space. Item pages look great, also use good colours, white space. Nice text, invites me to read on, you keep the description short where it...

am I doing something wrong with google keywords?

Check the domain name with exact's while logged into your google adwords account. This will show trends. You should be able to see a massive heightening July - either that or a lowering last month. If you don't you've mixed up the keywords or google has. You can download as CSV and this will...

How important are exacts in domain pricing?

Boxfish - I agree on the 6,600 statement, I explained wrongly. When 60,000 Exact searchs include two word's, both in your domain name, and a trade marked word, then your domain name has the "best" match for the search query to the result in term's of just the domain name, then I consider...

    GirlsGifts.co.uk

First off - I'm a newbie at this, so don't take this opinion that seriously - Could be ideal for promotions around valentines, mothers day (what mum doesn't want to get a "girls" gift?), xmas (then for children and adults... ). I don't know how much it could really take off - but it's very...

How important are exacts in domain pricing?

Exacts are usually the most important figure - Exacts determine how many visitors one could make with this site if they purchased the domain name. Trends are also very important (Is the market population (searchers) going down over time)?, so together the two form a basic system: Working out...

Content that's not mine being shown?

Thanks for all the replies guy's, I think the problems solved! The 3 stick I was using to connect rather then my usual ISP (sky - don't kill me for it, its the best in the area), seems to not have cleared cache, whilst sky, at the same time as me stopping looking at the pages, updated, but...

Content that's not mine being shown?

Wow, thank's for all the help guy's :-) I used the route checker, and I end up directed at a crazy domains parking page, crazy domains being the registrar that had used the domain before me. Checked some other domain names by the same seller and most of the sold ones have this parking page...

Content that's not mine being shown?

I tried a few proxy's and one showed up as the default nameservers (the domain host..), but all the others timed out. I found a interesting related article on the web about it, with the exact same problem, they found out they had 2 different name servers, which I don't :(

Content that's not mine being shown?

That's possible. It changed in whois and the xxxxxxxx.yyyyyy.co.uk changed led me to assume that it's all changed. They both happened at the same time (roughly 5 mins after 1st upload) :-/ The site redirects you to "secureapi.com/(random letters/numbers)" I'll give it the night, but it's...

Content that's not mine being shown?

I bought a domain name, changed the registrar to mine, changed the nameservers to mine, uploaded some content to xxxxx.com & xxxxx.yyyyy.co.uk, it shows up on the latter but not the former. Tried 3 re-upload's, all don't appear to have worked. Please read below for the full picture. I have...

    Easy-Pickings via Adwords

How much would you judge it would cost to be at the top of the page for a otherwise ad-less search result on google? Would you vary it by exact searchs per month? As a example, I often see keywords with very high CPC - as much as £20 - as the average - but with long tail keywords which are...
