Well, i am just pi**ed at banks providing credit cards, there is no way you can run away from their crap charges, one company today charged me 24 pound for not paying on time i was like WT* i have set a direct debit then how come you charge me penalty fee for late payment,other thing is they try to stretch the call when you call their support, they ask so redicilous questions that make no sense with the only purpose to keep the customers busy by asking lame questions or keep them waiting on premimum numbers 0870 etc,Other example was i called another bank who begged me to take a creditcard now i have their card and called to activate it on 0870 number and they kept me busy for 20 minutes i even told them please dont try to strech this call but they wanted to know if i smoke ? and how would i protect my card ?.I think we need some serious changes here.

I'm with Nationwide, and it's cheaper to withdraw money from an ATM here in Australia than it is with any of the local bank cards.
