1&1 Bulk Transfer/EPP codes

Hi all,

I have a client that has 200-300 (.com) domains at 1&1 that they are wanting to transfer away. However, they are having difficulties unlocking the domains and getting EPP codes issued in bulk.

Anyone got a way to do this? Or a contact there I can touch base with?
