123-reg crap service

i have been trying to park some domains for nearly two months, i've rang went through customer support they keep saying it will be sorted then close the support question. i'd put them as useless but they aint that good, anyone know the better registrars

what's your issue parking? Can't you just change the nameservers from the control panel?

i have registered using my 123 username they still havent set up an account after 5 calls and numerous emails,over two months, they promise the earth and deliver nothing. its not the first time i have experienced their shoddy service but i have been loyal to them over the years.

They seem to enjoy you ringing then they put you on compulsory hold for 5 minutes but never sort anything.
