The amount of domains this lot aint managed to register but have taken money for, I can't wait until Monday. bstards.

They should only bill when they've got them.

Had a refund owing me this month...

Fired off an email and now sorted...

Sure with your excellent negotiation skills (a la pm you sent ;) ) you'll sort it no problem...

Their customer service seems to be improving. I sent an email asking an account question and it was dealt with within 48 hours. I nearly fell off my chair with shock.
 
I sent an email Friday, heard nothing yet. The only reason I stay with them is because that's where the majority of my domains are. I probably wouldn't have got clickengland but I did see it free twice, nevermind, glad in a way as I shouldn't be buying anymore today.

I regd a domain twice with them this morning, got charged twice, I went elsewhere for the third try and got it. In the words of my mate Shakespeare, "they need to 'kin sort it"
 
There service is still not up to the mark. I tried to reg a name on a Sunday evening two weeks ago and... of course... their system was down. Had to go elsewhere. I was in a hurry and so I went to UK2 :-O. The devil and the deep blue sea!
