Ridiculous! One of mine, a .TV is on the list, and has now been locked by Dynadot. I see the .com is on the list too but this guy never at any time owned the .tv version and has never be associated to his emails/company from the history. I don't even know who this guy his. The name was hand-regged alongside its plural version at the same time. Who drew up that list?

well, you know what the bloody americans are like
they love overreaching their powers and they normally don't engage their brains first

fortunately in this case it didn't involve the murder of innocent people, which they often do

anyway, Mike on his blog said this below as 5 of his own domains are on the list shouldn't be
inclusing many not even regged

we have already reached out to the attorney of record for the plaintiff’s and will keep you updated.

I'm sure if you post on his blog and ask who you contact he will provide an email address etc

I need to run the list through my registrar accounts to double check myself
I can see a few I know others own right away
there is quite a lot of very valuable domains also

ran the lists through and noticed one domain 'under dispute' in my gd account

no email from godaddy and i have owned domain couple years
picked up on drop

amazing they can get godaddy to do this without doing any checks

i think the attorney has been lazy and has screwed up also

anyway, was a domin that expires next month and prob wasn't going to renew but is principle

on the upside looking at mikes blog, if you don't have any domains on that list you're not an elite domainer

Some of the names are rubbish :lol: e.g Officail.com , if not FTR.

Got a notice from Dynadot on the domain. Shame the Registrars just blanket applied the TRO when history of the names can show they are not liked to any if the plaintiffs. Whoever drafted that list deserves a flogging for causing distress to domainers not linked to the parties.
