A .uk domain have a value without .co.uk?

Or no value for .uk without .co.uk? or .co.uk don't have value without .uk?!
Depend how good is domain or is not important?

Well of course a domain has to be good to have value! As things stand, the pair certainly help, but they can and do sell separately.
