We just sold a domain name (the name itself is immaterial).
The buyer exercised the right to register the .uk version within 10 minutes of the transfer being complete. (At no point had I even mentioned the existence of the .uk option; of course the name was sold with rights intact, like all of ours are).
It was interesting to see that, not only did they know about the .uk, but that they leapt to register it so quickly even though they had 3 years in which to do so...
