Let me guide AI to build a website for your domain.
AI websites are now the thing. Unstoppable domains, Lovable and so on.
But unless you’re careful they’ll invent things like case studies and clients and telephone numbers and all sorts of other things that you thought you could trust them with.
I will manage a website build for your domain from your brief (or just domain name with no brief), using an AI that won’t have those inventions. I’ll guide it through the development and check it at the end.
Then: for the Free Hosting version:
That's it. You have a website on your domain and free hosting.
Cost: £70 all in. or $99 if you prefer.
Or: I offer a unique[?] paid-for “Living Site” version (£345 per month).
You host it with me and I and AI will keep building more and more into your site until it becomesa monstrosity a big useful resource. It can become an affiliate site or a user’s resource with loads of tools on it, or a constantly updated directory site – or all of the above. Each section can be used to help you promote it so e.g. you can use your directory site to swap links with people. You can have people sponsor a tool. You can have an arrangement with someone to pay you for leads.
I have two of these now, that I’ve been adding to for 3 or 4 months and one (dartsonline.com) has just been accepted by an affiliate network.
As AI gets better at building big sites, so the websites will get better.
I built and use the agents system behind webdesign.uk that has loops and checkers that check for the kinds of errors that AI makes.

Does google index this AI slop.
Answer: It’s specifically not slop. The language is still not very human but the facts are all researched and real. And yes, Google is fine with the one site that I added to their analytics and I have a couple of sites now that have been around 3 or 4 months and have 3k and 4k Cloudflare unique visitors respectively. (You can’t trust Cloudflare visitor numbers because they include bots even in the “Unique Visitor” count. But in amongst them are real visits and those are good numbers for a 4 month old unpromoted site. Better than an Afternic page at any rate.)
Can I still promote my domain for sale.
I am going to put a link through to Afternic or Sedo in all my about pages. If you want that, just ask.
Do you do bigger sites like affiliate sites.
Yes. If you want to do that then I offer a £345 per month “Living Sites” package that gives you daily updated news, writes 2 or 3 editorials from current affairs, updates directories and product listings and prepares a domain for being accepted by the Affiliate networks. My dartsonline.com has just been approved by Awin and it has over 3k (Cloudflare) visitors per month. The robot-hands.com is also in that ever improving cycle as well. So 6 months of the “Living Sites” treatment can get you a working affiliate site starting from a blank domain. If you get approval before that then you can cancel ongoing Living Sites treatment and I’ll give you a zip file of your site that you can host elsewhere and manage yourself.
Can I just do a bit of the growth stage?
Yes. You can opt out at any time when your next renewal is due and I’ll give you a zip file of your site that you can host on Netlify for free, but you will have to then build your own news feed etc.
Should I do this.
Yes, obv.
Probably for your low and moderately valued domains to start with until it's a bit more proven. But that’s just an opinion. I just did it with paper-cups.com which was an atom premium domain and I’m not sorry.

- I’ll prepare a (static – no logins etc) site.
- I’ll give you a zip file of that site.

- You set up a Netlify account (free).
- I will or you can set up your website in that account
- You can edit it as you wish using the Netlify AI editing tool
- You point your domain at that account (instructions in Netlify or I can help)
