Well they're all here and it's very interesting. whois-search think I should do a live blog but it takes too much concentration to listen to the complex legal arguments.

    stay tuned.

Well I have to be careful now. Let's just say I am one of the few people in the room not wearing a suit and tie.

You sure Group4 havent got a load of defendants in rather than domainers?

For #10 on the agenda I think you should make a big list of all possible stakeholders... ought to keep a few people off the streets for abit :)

Just a quick note to give a big thank you to JAC for arranging the meeting -and also to all three Nominet guys and all the other attendees for their time and (IMHO) interesting discussion. :)

...Dito, especially to Jac who made it all possible. :)

...mmm, this would probably be unlikely. ;)

It was an interesting afternoon which I hope has been of some use and benefit to ALL those concerned.

I must say it was really nice to meet up with those of you who I've talked at length with on this forum. Lets hope the opportunity arises again in the not too distant future.

Lets also thank Admin for making all this possible by creating the Acorn Domains Forum! ...Long may it last. :)

    Regards,

    Sneezycheese.

I'd like to thank those of you that came for making the effort to come and see us. It was very much appreciated.

We (Nominet) all found it very useful and have taken a lot away from our discussions.

For those of you unable to attend the focus of the discussion was very largely on the DRS, rather than wider issues of domaining or dropcatching. A large number of DRS issues were discussed and some very well considered suggestions made.

    thanks again
