Wanted: Domain Appraisal Advice + Appraisal SEO Domain

Just wondering if anybody could tell me what they think of this domain.

payasyougoseo I've got both the .co.uk and .com

I do work in the SEO industry, I think something like this could do very well with small even large businesses.

I'm stuck with wetherI should develop or sell? I currently don't have the time to develop at the moment.

Any suggetions would be grate not even sure if it worth anything.
