Would like to try and branch out, change say 100 domains to single pages and use google adverts down side, All write up blurb should be ok for google acceptance. looking for type of hosting that would do job , but not cost fortune or leave me paying out for 'flop' if does not work .
Would be very gratefull for ANY INFO as a little out of my area of knowledge.

You'll probably want a "reseller account" with some web host.

You might want to set up default files that will be placed in all accounts you create.

Keep all your content in one db.

Try www.bpweb.net. Think it's about £35 a month and you get unlimited bandwidth, with unlimited domains within the one hosting package. Excellent customer service and they are in the UK (and no i dont work for them :) )

Remember that google will work out you're the owner of all the sites if you host from one spot and apply penalties.

I have a reseller account if anyone would like to share (windows and Linux) might be handy if you want to spread your sites around?? it will be at mates rates or something mutually beneficial ;)

A couple of things

I use fasthosts, there telephone support is excellent and they're always able to sort out any problems quickly and efficiently. it's £500 a year.

Charlies comments about google have just put ther fear of God into me, how can they penalise you for running more than one site? I was going to run 200 or so off my account, I'm worried now as my next £500 payment is due any day. helpppp

Avoid like the plague any (so called ) hosting company who have a website taken from templatemonster or any other of these micky mouse template places 99 times out of a 100 they're bedroom operations and notice there's never a telephone number!!!?? and they usually accept payment by paypal - "an absolute giveaway". Exibit A: arsehosting.com sorry rshosting.com

Your hosting has to be 100% reliable, when your site is down, your earnings are down.

BEWARE, over the years I've had nothing but trouble with hosting companies
Do some proper research, call these companies, speak to them, email them, you'll soon get a feel of whether they're genuine and trustworthy or not.

Hahaha your off you rocker mate.

Ive also done some reaserch on hosting over the past 2 years and RS hosting are the best ive found. Support is within 10 minutes reply ( every time ). And if it was that bad then This very forum is on RSHosting.com hhmmmmm 100% uptime.

So All i say is dont come on forums shouting mouth off putting good services down until you know what they are like.

Fair enough

But I looked at the site and immediately thought "dodgy" - the website looks like 101 other bedroom hosting companies

However, I'll retract my arsehosting comment as it seems the CS levels, whilst all email, appear quite good.

When I'm spending that kind of cash on something so important, I want to know who I'm paying, where they are, that it's a bricks & mortar organisation, VAT registered, in the UK and comply with UK law etc etc etc.

Lessons learnt the hardway I'm afraid.

No offence meant

RSHosting are good, just visit there forums and you will see there is no bad tension over there. Support is the no.1 in my eyes as if something goes wrong with your hosting you want it fixed asap and replied with 30 mins max, rs hosting have done all this for me and others on here that use them

hosting

all I can say is THANK YOU for advice , any more welcome , there must be a lot of people out there self taught, like me ,and do not like to ask seroius biz questions on forum [ ashamed at lack of one type of knowledge], I was searching for book on subject [ like ppc for idiots ] to brush up on subject to no avail......now if anyone knows of a good information book..???..zee
