Advice required for domain name dispute

I would be very careful what you say. I would ask simply "please can you advise me on what trademark you rely in regard to your complaint ,and on what basis you argue that I am infringing same ".

You can only lose money with this domain imo. Give it up. Complete waste of time defending it.
