Anyone any idea when the AGM will be ?

Last we heard from Nom-Announce was:

Date of Nominet Annual General Meeting

As a result of feedback received following the recent EGM we will shortly
begin a consultation on members' voting rights. In order to allow
sufficient time for the consultation and a following consultation on the
scope of the Memorandum of Association objects clause, our AGM will no
longer be held on 20 June 2006 as had been communicated in a previous
notice.

We will be setting a new date for the AGM in due course, which is likely
to be after the summer holiday period and will inform you of this by the
usual methods.

Well the stop Pipex from voting motion ....... I mean voting rights consultation ended on 5th June:

So the AGM will be in August/September to vote on it ?

So the AGM will be in August/September to vote on it ?

Probably in late September judging by what I was told when I asked yesterday before the PAB meeting. I think it must be held before October to comply with company law.
