When you think about it, what a great and easy piece of advertising for loom bands

Im not sure they are fake mate, i mean i cant be 100% sure but looking at the bids these people have 100% feedback and surely they wouldn't want to get a black marker on their account.

They're patented I assume, only one brand? doing a quick google they're called rainbow loom

The marketing is by eBay. They are superb at it.

It's simply a listing that has far exceeded expectations - for whatever reason - hence the media interest. eBay always milk such events.

As for some woman in Wales being the mastermind behind the marketing of loom bands, I very much doubt it.

Couldn't be too hard to find an ordinary girl at a talent agency somewhere.

Ive just got back from the town, and there seems to have been a rush of sales on these. Literally one shop has its stand of loom bands sold out, and its not as if it was a small stand!!!
