    lol, it is fround upon to modify a Cali it seems. I suggested removing the signature wind out awning as we rarely use it and probably cost a couple of mpg but the death stare told me "you don't do that".

    We have a large drive away awning. Look no further than Vango if you decide to get one, you'll find yourself needing the room, especially with a kid and all they bring!

    I do like the VWs, although they're a little out of my price range at the moment.

    For now, mine suits my needs perfectly.

    It's great fun to drive as long as you're not in a hurry to get anywhere, and there's a fair to middling chance that you'll get to finish a long journey with a trip home on a recovery truck.
