Anyone bought a memorable mobile number?

I use my mobile for business calls rather than landline, and would quite like a memorable number to go with it.

Seen a few sites selling memorable mobile numbers for varying prices - some being very overpriced. Anyone bought one before and have a recommendation of good service from somewhere?

I used poshnumbers.com for 07 triple-9 triple-0 triple-* it cost £700.

I got it because i give my number out a lot for work, i thought it would speed things up but i actually spend more time talking about it than any time saved giving it out.

He will do a deal.
