    As skinner said I don't think its WordPress. have a look on themeforest you'll find html templates that can do similar.

    Alternatively if you prefer to do it in WordPress have a look at this really customisable theme at elegant themes

    Its a php custom build using js & the new standard frameworks, I noticed the foundation framework there.

    There are plenty of wordpress themes that emulate this look though, it would be fairly easy to achieve, Mally.
