Anyone used Tagadab? Thoughts?

Searching around for some reviews of hosts I noticed this is one of the few places where people have real opinions and can name the companies they are talking about.

So I am looking around trying to find a reasonably priced managed dedicated server and Tagadab looks like the front runner. Anyone used it? The seem on top of things from my conversations with them though comparing to other similar services they are quite cheap, which makes me question their ability to deliver.

Firstly, I should point out that I work at Tagadab
