Wanted: Domain Appraisal Appraisal: Complete glasgow domains

Hi All.

I have
glasgowwest
glasgownorth
glasgoweast
glasgowsouth
All .co.uk

I intended developing these with an estate agent friend but it is not his priority now.
I'm guessing since these are a comlpete set of domains that could be used for something like eastate agencies, trade finders etc are probably worth something like 3K+.

Could someing give me a rough appraisal of their value individually or as a complete grouped set.

I had intereest from a glasgow agency but they never came back (possibly just and individual in the company chancing it and not an official approach).

As someone who knows Glasgow fairly well, I think your expectations are perhaps a little high, especially as they are currently undeveloped.

If it was me that was looking to buy for an estate agents, then my preference would be for glasgowwestend, glasgoweastend and glasgowsouthside. I would say the term "Glasgow East" now has more political connotations than anything else, after the recent by-elections, so while searches may be reasonable for this phrase, it would be the wrong type of traffic to monetise.

Good luck though, as you might just find someone that's interested, but I think development would be the best way forward.

westend was already gone and I agree that it is better than just Gwest. However, when I realised that the 4 as a group were available I took the punt.

It was actually one of the regeneration agencies that was interested.

Yes I get their emails now and then and glasgowwest housing....

It is amazing the things you learn about top secret commercial property developments when emails go astray.
