fishing pro I like more than angling pro, both not highly searched or used terms over here though. fishing pro would suit a dot com and have a US focussed site imo.

invest some time and develop as a news/commerce site with a forum chucked in for good measure.

There is definitely some value here. I would seriously consider any offers over £350 for fishingpro.co.uk, depending how quickly you want to sell it. It is a good, memorable domain in a valuable sector, and I expect someone will be interested.
