As just the name only (e.g. no developed site, etc) I would say £25 - £100 to an end user, IMO.
But I'm not sure what sort of end user/market/area would want to use the name (are you thinking adult themes though perhaps?!).
£5 - £35 to a reseller, perhaps.

When i first saw it i though auction site but i though the word flog may be too local (is it used all over the UK?)
i quite like it for an auction site or somthing along those lines.
shame its not a ".me" i would like it even more
