I hand regged this one ShoppersMarket.co.uk thinking it had potential but now not so sure, i thought of putting a discount code / voucher site on it ?

It's too general to have much value on a domain alone basis. Stick to search keyphrases and you'll do better.

Problem is just putting a site on a name that sounds like it fits isn't going to be enough to get visitors, and 0 visitors = £0.

Like pretty much every brandable domain name, this one will only have value if it's earning, or if you're lucky enough to find a buyer who thinks like you do, but who's willing to pay a lot more than you did.
