Difficult isn't it, the dictator is a film, hence the searches.

Mmmmm, how about using it as a history blog with info on tyrants and dictators of the past? With affiliates or adverts and running on the back of this new film with the exacts, is it still worthless?

If you’re going to reg trademarks etc and then post them on a forum asking what there worth. Thats not the brightest move... Any company doesn’t need to hire a legal team to prove there case your doing an excellent job for them for free…. Trying to disguise something to parasite from Trademark etc asking for trouble

The only people searching for that term are looking for info on the film, in a years time that traffic will dwindle away to nothing.

I see that the domain was registered in Jan 2011. Are you the original owner and did you have knowledge the film was in the making or to be released ?

btw, the domain was registered by me back in January 2011 and it was only registered as a TM in April this year. I'll consider my options and in the meantime if anyone would care to make an offer then please send me a pvt email. Regards David.
