Wanted: Domain Appraisal appraisal workaroundyourkids.co.uk & others

I had the following domains valued by 2 seperate places, i have priced them based on the average value both companies provided e.g. workaroundyourkids was valued by one company at £6k-£10k and by the other at £8k-£12k so i have priced it at £10k - this seems too good to be true. i have listed below the domains i have for sale and the average prices i am aiming to sell them for - could anyone give me an honest opinion on if these prices seem possible.


workaroundyourkids.co.uk - unforgetable name targetted at homeworking business opportunities OIRO £10,000 (approx $18,500)

link4free.co.uk - ideal for directories,link exchange services, OIRO £900 (approx $1,658)

freedates-4-u.co.uk - speak for itself
OIRO £250 (approx $460)

free-4-you.co.uk - could be used for any type of free service or freebie site
OIRO £300 (approx $552)

Looking for quick sales on these but sensible offers.

These companies offering domain name appraisals make me laugh, if only they would buy them off you at 20% of their valuation price, you'd make a killing.
