also a programming site (*) matching everything.

or it recruitment site - like the shining star in the pile of IT applicant garbage.

When the US govt do their manipulating of their "verbatim" reports before publishing them to the committees, they usually change the important bits with asterisks.

So it could imaginatively be used to publish govt committees reports. I am 100% positive that the UK govt is just as pure with the truth.
