Which figures don't add up?

Just did a few quick formulas in Excel and they all look correct to me (although it's obviously not possible to check all but one of the 12 month averages due to the insufficient data).

Remember they have been rounded up/down to zero decimal places.

Specifically?

e.g. January 2011: 230,652 renewed out of 335,660 due for renewal = 69% (to zero decimal places) as shown in the table.

69% (Rolling 12 Month Average) of 3746320 = 2584960.8 as opposed to the actual figure of 2589513 is 4553 out

I get the nearest round up just the 4553 seams alot

And why do they finish in january 2011?
