I have about 25-30 UK sites about furniture, home improvement and similar topics. PRs are not too high (up to 3), but all of them are older than 1 year and have very little outgoing links.
If there are people with similar sites looking for links, I'd be happy to exchange them. But no footer/sitewide links, only links in fresh article that will appear in the frontpage.
