I'm just setting up a Nominet interface to my hosting / domain billing system.

After completing the pgp tests with the Nominet PGP team and getting added to the keyring, I moved a test domain from my current registrar to my tag on Saturday morning, checking later the whois was showing my domain on my tag.

The TAG List email took about 30-40 mins to return with a response, however I've only just (2pm on Tuesday) had a "Registrar Change Notification".

I presume the recent outages / upgrades are having an impact on the automation, however when it's running normally, what sort of turn round should I be expecting?

You should receive the email within seconds when everything is working as it should - assuming that it ever will.

Thanks,

That's what I was expecting, I guess there's a backlog whenever they make changes or is it just generally slow at the moment

Been crap all day, specially last night a good 30 mins for changes to appear and DAC fell over atleast once last night.

Yesterday on Nom-Tech, Jay said it was probably spam-attacks on the Automaton causing the latency.

"This is currently being investigated, but it is probably spam. We are
receiving spam attacks to the Automaton with increasing regularity,
normally peaking at around 2GB in a couple of hours."
