Wanted: Domain Appraisal babyvitamins/co/uk

I was on holiday when I registered this domains, I was surprised it wasn't taken but there could be a reason why?

Anyway I'm looking for an appraisal on babyvitamins on the .co.uk extension.

With 10k monthly searches

baby vitamins 1 - 3 £0.70 1,000 9,900

I'm not sure if I should develop or sell.

Any help would be brilliant!

i think the broad search could bring up things like

what vitamins should i take when trying for a baby (which would explain the higher figures)

I dont think people tend to give babies vitamins, well i dont
