Looking at his name I think he could have been using something which comes in a wrapping like this:

If thats the best you can come up with I presume the SENIOR goes with citizen and you don't get out much and don't see adverts on the back of lorries.

Now I've got the picture.

A cold, icy winters day and just as your car slides in to the back of that lorry - the immortal words - "checked your insurances lately" - rise into your horrified vision.

I guess it could also replace the lorry wording - "If you can read this your too close" with "get closer I want to check your blood group"
