Banner value

Hi guys,

We are running a website since last 4 months which offers free and premium templates. Yesterday one the industry leading website contacted us to advertise on our website. before that we were not offering any banner space. but now we are interested. but we are not sure what should be the value for each banner.
currently our alexa rank is 119000, Per month page views are around 35000 but its being increased by 400% every month.
banner sizes we are offering are
Banner1: 275 x 325
Banner2: 277 x 360
Banner3: 120 x 600
Banner4: 468 x 60
I need your suggestion, what should be the estimated price we can demand for each banner.

Im offering DoFollow and no i didnt check buyselladds. can i get the estimation from there? or i will only see the prices of others to get some idea?

I just have checked the rates on buysellads. and found that there is no standard being followed. different companies with the same profile and impressions are offering different rates.
Any suggestion?

I would just make your prices up yourself, but its best to start low and then increase the price as your traffic grows, 35,000 monthly pageviews isnt that much.

Your site looks nice, but you have a PR of 0. This is going to turn away anyone who is interested in buying links.

In terms of visitor/numbers and impressions, you aren't looking at much. However, the fact that you've already had some interest is a great sign.

A quick tip - the banner positioning is usually more important than its size. As an advertiser I would want to know where the banner would be placed and on which pages.
