What's the best method to use for smaller amounts on Dan? For bank transfer they deduct a $15 fee, which isn't the end of the world when it's a few grand, but for smaller payments (eg: via the lease to own) that seems a bit excessive.
I was surprised to see that you can't limit payouts to a minimum - ie: hold payouts until they're $500 or something like that.
What does everyone else here do? Is it cheapest to do paypal for payments of a couple of hundred or less and bank for bigger amounts, or is there a better way to do it?
