Best way to mass email ?? (to friends)

Just wandering what the best way to mass email my rugby team is?

Basically, we want one email address that can be received by all team memebers.

As simple as setting up a single email address then giving them all the mail settings so they can add it to outlook or whatever?



Any thoughts?

Real easy if you have outlook for that email address.

in the reading panel right click on an email you have received.

RULES

CREATE RULE

CLICK ADVANCED OPTIONS

Third tick box down should be "sent to" and then email address. Tick it.

NEXT

7th Tick Box down - forward it to people or public Group

Do not click next - in the box at the very bottom should be forward it to people or public Group click on the link.

Paste the list of people you want to send it to in the "TO" box.

NEXT

Ignore the next page and click FINISH.

You should be done, have a test

Just reread your post and see that this may not be what you are looking for, but figured it could be another option

but what about when the players want to use it to contact other members ??

I do this in cpanel, when the group wants to email other members they just send an email to that email

Or just make a php form, store all the emails in a text file, give the users a login or link to page then they can just fill out contact form and loop the text file to send email to all?
