The 18th and 19th gets ever nearer; I am surprised in this day and age that people can let such valuable domain names drop. Who will let get lucky??? Hopefully, someone here.

They don't drop till they drop so might be renewed at the last minute
Everyone has different circumstances and reasons for not renewing, maybe they forgot, maybe they haven't noticed.

I don't think it will be surprising :p Interesting that they've been parked for years. Maybe the owner is dead. [edit mistyped one in archive so not been parked]

Not sure who owns the first one now as the previous plc was dissolved in 2014. The second one is owned by a huge corporation and I am surprised they have missed this. Perhaps they will take action to get it back if they do let it drop.

Dropcatching is not something I get involved in... but curiosity has got the better of me so would anybody be so kind as to share which premium domains are ready to drop...
Thanks

Not sure if its the done thing to disclose, but I own holiday.wales and its the co.uk equivalent :) I don't own pets.wales though.;)

I suspect somebody got hold of the owner (maybe due to this thread). That won't happen with holiday though as that's behind gocrappy and they are not helpful for anyone - this would be the perfect time for them to try out keeping a domain beyond expiration :p I mean 123reg have 'kindly' registered uks for their clients without permission, maybe godaddy should 'kindly' renew it and sit on it....

I think you're probably right. But please don't give Godaddy any ideas..
